Med4Nicaragua started as a wish and dream in the minds of Dr. Christine Brody, an ObGyn, and Valishia Savage who had travelled to the Casa Bernabe orphanage in Managua in early 2010. Their desire to help not only the kids but the entire community around them spurred the first medical mission later that year to the El Samaritano Clinic. From there the dream grew to return with a larger and more diverse team to attend the various needs of the ophanage and the local community. 33in3 tells the story of that mission.
